Steve Carlson: Steve has been visiting the Columbia River Gorge area since the mid 1980’s, and was lucky enough to relocate to Hood River Oregon in the winter if 1996. Steve has been involved in Home Inspection since 1997 and is an actively involved in trade association of the American Society of Home Inspectors and The Oregon Association of Home Inspectors since , and has been on the Board of Directors of OAHI for the last 2 years. Steve has recently affiliated himself with the Oregon Pest Control Association. New to the Carlson Olsen Home Inspectors team, Bob Olsen began working towards becoming a home inspector over the last year. He is an Oregon Certified Home Inspector, a licensed Oregon Pesticide applicator, and a licensed structural pest inspector in the state of Washington. Bob's diverse background includes carpentry and other building trades, as well as management of retail operations for one of the nations largest ski specialty retailers. Combined, his experience in all phases of residential building and customer service skills makes him uniquely qualified to be your next home inspector.
